30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Approval
If we approve your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Please note: sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
